Cacao + Conscious Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative practice that involves a method of breath control which involves breathing through the mouth in a circular fashion without pause between breaths. Through this process, deeply suppressed emotions, stress, trauma and stuck energy can be released, while also gifting us with greater insight and clarity.Consciousness Breathwork can help activate higher states of consciousness and promote spiritual growth and healing.
